  • What does my hard earned cash actually get me?
    Great, gifting glory! The power, the glory, the kingdom is yours. Plus of course, a remarkable and truly unique and fun card. All our cards feature large, intricately handmade components that pop up on opening in full reverse colour. Designed to surprise and make people laugh. The card is your gift (other than yourself, of course). You can also detach most of the pop ups from the cards, and keep them as little decorations. Hang them on your Christmas tree or display on the mantle for ever lasting lols! Your loved ones won't forget opening these cards any time soon!
  • What if my order is missing information or I forget to add something?
    Oh you silly dill! If you accidentally make a mistake when ordering, i.e. wrong delivery address or misspell something, please let us know via email ( or live chat as soon as possible. If your glorious order has not yet been fulfilled we can normally remedy the mistake for you, you spud. Unfortunately if the order has already been processed and/or dispatched we can no longer make any amendments.
  • What's inside the card?
    Other than the exceptionally outrageous and hilarious 3D, pop up art?! What more could you want?! All our pop up all cards also include a blank, internal, pull out card and you can add a personal note onto this. You will see a bright hand pointing and this will pull out the little card inside. You can also detach most of the pop ups from the cards, and keep them as little decorations. Hang them on your Christmas tree or display on the mantle to remember the time you found the best card in the history of humanity.
  • What if my gift never arrives?
    Oh no! A lost and lonesome card, our greatest fear. If this has happened please email us ( and we will look into it for you. Please keep in mind that postage delays are outside our control, but we will always do our best to help you! Cards are delivered by USPS and can sometimes be hiding amongst your daily letters/mail instead of with your parcel deliveries. Please ensure you check these areas, particularly if going to businesses or if there are communal areas where letters are dropped etc.
  • How do I use the exploding butterfly?
    Ah, excellent choice my friend. To use/activate the butterfly, 1) Have your magnificent card closed in front of you 2) Twist the top half of the butterfly ~10-15 times 3) Pinch the top (where the elastic and hook are) so that the butterfly doesn't fly off 4) Slide Mrs Butterbutt into your now slightly evil card 5) You're ready! As soon as the card is opened, it will shoot out! Things of note: - Don't worry if you mess it up a few times! Our butterflies are designed to be reused - If you need, you can gently twist the top half and let it fly out of your hands a couple of times to get the hang of how it works! - It's ok if you need to fold in the paper wings a little if they are showing outside the card, it will still launch! - Be careful not to over twist/wind as this can snap the butterfly! You will feel the elastic tighten and push back against your hand as you wind it up, but remember it doesn't need to be super tight to work really well!
  • Can I add a personal message inside?
    Oh bless your cotton socks. Of course! If you are sending the card directly to the lucky recipient, and would like to include a note inside this will be handwritten by our team for you. Simply add a note at check out and we will ensure this is included for you on the internal pull out slide inside the card.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Once an order has been placed and processed, we are sadly unable to cancel it. Sorry.
  • Can I get a refund?
    We want you to be completely satisfied with your glorious card. If you are not, we are here to help! Our returns policy lasts for 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. To initiate a return, please contact our team at We will then authorise and provide you with a return address and instructions on how to return your item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed via your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and returns are at your own cost.
  • Where are the cards dispatched from?
    Everything is dispatched from our East coast warehouse! Although we wouldn't mind if our office was based here, But alas it's not because your cards would get wet.
  • How are the items posted?
    We send all of your superb gifts via our USPS courier pals! If after super express T-Rex speed post we use UPS.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?

  • What's the difference between the billing address and shipping address?
    The billing address is your personal address, this normally needs to match the bank card you are using to purchase your glorious gift. This is so your banking provider accepts the transaction. The shipping/delivery address is where you want the glorious card sent to. For example, this is the address of your friend, co-worker, pet, Mother, whomever will receive your present. Otherwise if sending to yourself, simply add your own address or tick 'same as billing address'.
  • Where do you post your items to?
    We post everywhere in the grand old land of the USA, the land of monstrous killer deers but more importantly, these incredible cards - take that deers.   • How will I know when the gift is delivered?
    We will email you once your order has been collected by our courier pals and is en route to you! The exact delivery time will depend on the postage speed you choose at check out.
  • Can I send it straight to my friend?
    Absolutely! Simply add their details under 'delivery address' at check out, and this is where we will deliver the items to. The 'billing address' is your own and should match the payment card you're using, but it's totally ok if this is different to the shipping.
  • It's a gift, do you include receipts?
    Due to so many cards being sent directly to lucky recipients, we include absolutely no paperwork inside any order! There will be no pricing, billing details nor receipts alongside your items. Everything will be emailed to the address supplied at check out instead.
  • What are your Xmas '23 deadlines?
    Ho ho hoooly sh*t it's Christmas - so get gifting! Don't worry, we will be working our cute little buttocks off until the last possible minute to ensure your orders are received in time. Currently (16/12/23) we have no delay on dispatch and all orders are being dispatched within one business day of ordering - yeehaw. We will update here if anything changes. 11/12: Royal Mail are advising that some areas may experience a one day delay to letter deliveries at the moment. Please factor this in when choosing your delivery method, we have updated these times below for you. Advised cut off times for delivery before Christmas day: Royal Mail 2nd Class (delivery 2-5 business days) > Sunday 17th December, midnight Royal Mail 1st Class (delivery 1-3 business days) > Wednesday 20th December, 11am Next Day (delivery 1 business day)* > Thursday 21st December, 11am (*excluding regional areas) Guaranteed Pre-Christmas Delivery > Friday 22nd December, 11am (this option will only be available the week before Xmas)
